1. Schedule a Ride

Call us at 1- 605- 665-4610 for Yankton or 605-624-7433 for Vermillion and tell us the date, time and where you want to go.

Please have the following ready before you call.

  • Your name
  • Day and date of ride
  • Pick up address and phone number
  • Destination address and phone number
  • Preferred pick-up time
  • Any mobility devices you use and if a personal care attendant will be with you.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can. If you do not cancel, you will be charged a no-show fee.

Rides are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, so plan to schedule them as far in advance as you can. Call our dispatch center to schedule your ride. We recommend that when you schedule your ride, we will help to determine the pick-up time so there is enough time to get to your destination on time.

When scheduling a ride, you will need to inform the dispatcher of each stop you plan to make.  Drivers are not able to wait for you at a location even if you will not be there very long.  They have other people waiting to be picked up for their rides.

Yankton:  All rides must be pre-scheduled the day before the ride is needed.

Vermillion:  Same day rides may be scheduled, but are dependent upon availability.  The fare for a same day ride or time/destination change is higher than a pre-scheduled ride.

Customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired can receive assistance through Relay SD by dialing 711

Dial 711 Relay South Dakota

2. Get on the Bus

Yankton:  Buses may arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled pick up and may ahve other pickups and drop-offs along the way, so we encourage you to plan accordingly.  We ask that you schedule your return trip at the time you make the initial ride with the dispatcher.

Vermillion:  Buses may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time or 15 minutes after the time and may have other pickups and drop-offs along the way, so we encourage you to plan accordingly. We ask that you schedule your return trip at the time you make the initial ride with the dispatcher.

3. Ride Safely

Passengers must remain seated with seat belt secured. If you use a wheelchair or scooter, or other mobility device, our drivers will make sure you are secure.
