CAN I GET SAME DAY SERVICE?
Yankton cannot offer same day services.
Vermillion offers same day service on an availability basis. Pre-scheduled rides take precedence.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
There is no age limit. However, children under 3 years must be accompanied by an adult. Give us a call and we can go over our Child Rider Policy with you.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW LONG MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE?
When you schedule a ride, schedule the return trip as a “will call”. When you are ready to leave, give us a call and we will pick you up with the first available bus.
WHAT IS A CARE ATTENDANT?
A care attendant is directly involved in assisting a passenger.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CARE ATTENDANT?
Care attendant will ride for free while escorting the scheduled rider, but we do need to know at the time of scheduling if a care attendant will be riding to make sure we have proper seating available.
WHO SHOULD USE A CARE ATENDANT?
Care attendants help passengers who need assistance with mobility, medication, carrying personal items, or other personal or medical needs during their travels. Drivers do not provide these types of services.
CARE ATTENDANT PROCEDURE
The care attendant must be picked up from the same location as the passenger and return to the same location as the passenger. The aide/escort will be charged a regular fare for riding to other locations.
