Southeast Public Transit is a Non-Profit, public transit service, serving the Yankton, Vermillion and the southeast region of South Dakota.
We are open to the public and anyone can ride.

Organizational Structure

Southeast Public Transit is a 501(c)3 IRS organization.

They have contracted their services to be run by River Cities Public Transit. Southeast Public Transit’s Board of Directors that hires the contractor who manages the operation. This contractor, Ron Baumgart, oversees the entire operation. RCPT has hired an Operations Supervisor, Lacey Hacecky.
